You don’t have to go through your quarter life crisis (or any crisis) alone… especially during a pandemic!
Thanks to online therapy, you can still get the help you need and deserve. My goal is to provide a safe and nonjudgemental space to vent, process, and unpack trauma and heal old wounds so that you can unlock your fullest potential and live your best life.
Are you struggling with communicating with your partner? I provide couples with tools to understand each other’s triggers and learn to co-regulate in order to facilitate healthy communication and boundaries.
I approach therapy with a family systems lens because as a 1.5 generation immigrant, I’ve found that family is often at the heart of immigrant communities. Many children of immigrants struggle with balancing the collective ideals of their families vs. American individualism, causing clashes between family members.
I provide family sessions in English and Korean to facilitate communication and teach clients how to set healthy boundaries between family members.
There is so much power and strength in knowing that you are not alone. Group therapy provides a safe space to process thoughts and feelings that may not seem relatable to other folks in your life.
Right now, I am facilitating a 6-week virtual support group for Asian American young adults seeking to unpack the Asian American experience.

It is not that something different is seen, but that one sees differently. It is as though the spatial act of seeing were changed by a new dimension.
