Individual and Family Sessions in English and Korean
You don’t have to go through your quarter life crisis (or any crisis) alone… especially during a pandemic! In these unprecedented and uncertain times, you might be constantly worrying about the future or unsure of your place in the world. Without former ways of coping such as traveling and socializing with friends, you might be having trouble finding new ways to manage your anxiety, depression, and unresolved trauma.
Practicing social distancing can be extremely lonely and isolating. But thanks to online therapy, you can still get the help you need and deserve. My goal is to provide a safe and nonjudgemental space to vent, process, and unpack trauma and heal old wounds so that you can unlock your fullest potential and live your best life.
I approach therapy with a family systems lens because as a 1.5 generation immigrant, I’ve found that family is often at the heart of immigrant communities. Many children of immigrants struggle with balancing the collective ideals of their families vs. American individualism, causing clashes between family members.
I provide family sessions in English and Korean to facilitate communication and teach clients how to set healthy boundaries between family members.

It is not that something different is seen, but that one sees differently. It is as though the spatial act of seeing were changed by a new dimension.
